Pacific Rugs will accept the exchange / Return of rugs purchased from us subject to the following provisions:
Please email (info@pacificrugs.com) to get RA# (Return authorize number) before you ship any items back to us. (No credit will be issue without RA number) We will give you specific instructions about how to return your items. Please note that clients are responsible for return shipping Cost. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and use proper tape to secure the package.
pacificrugs.com uses UPS or FedEx as its primary source of transport. pacificrugs.com customers may choose from Basic Ground shipping (5-8 business days), Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipments.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from pacificrugs.com. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the Tracking information via email you may use that information to login at the UPS or FedEx website to track your shipment by confirmation number.
